Producers from across East Gippsland will converge in Melbourne as part of the Queen Victoria Market, Regional Produce Expo on Sunday 9th October.
East Gippsland Marketing and East Gippsland Food & Wine Network have gathered together six businesses who are representative of the high quality produce developed in East Gippsland to showcase their product and encourage consumers to consider visiting our emerging food bowl.
Bullant Brewery; Lightfoot & Sons Winery; MMM Truffles; Riviera Ice Cream; Albion Hotel and Grassvale Beef will all participate.
The Queen Victoria Market attracts up to 30,000 people on an event day, and will close Queen Street to help cope with added demand. The market runs from 9am – 4.30pm on Sunday 9th October.
East Gippsland Marketing and East Gippsland Food & Wine Network are currently working with distributors in Melbourne to look at other ways to profile our high end produce as part of the market.
